RS Systems Text Message Program
Last updated: August 9, 2026
About this program
RS Systems is invoicing and job-management software used by auto glass repair shops. When your shop uses RS Systems, it may send you service-related text messages through our platform. Messages come from our dedicated toll-free number and always identify the shop they are sent on behalf of.
Messages you may receive
- Invoice notifications — a link to view and, where available, pay an invoice for work your shop performed for you
- Review requests — after a completed job, a one-time invitation to leave the shop a Google review
- Service updates — occasional updates about work you requested
Message frequency varies with your service activity — typically one or two messages per completed job. This is not a marketing list; we only text customers about their own service with their own shop.
How you opt in
You opt in by providing your mobile number to your auto glass shop and agreeing to receive service-related texts. Your shop records that consent in RS Systems before text messaging is enabled for your account. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Opting out and getting help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final confirmation message.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact your shop directly.
- You can also ask your shop to turn off text messaging for your account at any time.
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your phone number is used only to deliver the messages described above. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for details.
