1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RS Systems ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RS Systems is a cloud-based software platform designed for auto glass repair and replacement businesses. The Service includes tools for managing customers, repairs, replacements, invoicing, and billing.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Free Trial and Subscriptions

RS Systems offers a 30-day free trial. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service, including customer information, repair records, photos, and invoices. You grant RS Systems a limited license to use this data solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of scheduled maintenance.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked
• You may request an export of your data within 30 days
• After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RS Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RS Systems and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending you an email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas.
