Know who owes you, at a glance
The Invoices page leads with "Owed to you" — total outstanding, aged into buckets (current, 1–30, 31–60, 60+ days). Tap a bucket to see exactly which invoices are in it.
Overdue marks itself
The day an invoice passes its due date it's marked Overdue and moves into the right "Owed to you" bucket — nothing to set up. RS Systems never emails your customers to chase a bill; that call stays yours. When a nudge is due, open the invoice and hit Send Invoice again, or pick up the phone.
Batch invoices for fleets on terms
Fleets that prefer one bill? Batch invoicing bundles a customer's finished jobs into a single invoice on your schedule — weekly, biweekly, or monthly, sent automatically if you want. Set the schedule in Settings → Pricing & Invoicing.
One payment, many invoices
When a fleet mails one check covering five invoices, use Receive Payment — enter the amount once and apply it across their open invoices.
Faster still: invoices with a Pay Now button get paid sooner.
